Empowering Community Together

Meet the Heart and Sole of Proof Culture

📚 Celebrating Young Voices at Roxboro Elementary

At Proof Culture, we believe in investing in the next generation—not just with fresh kicks, but with encouragement, visibility, and pride. One of our proudest moments this year was participating in Children’s Ink, a cherished annual tradition at Roxboro Elementary.

Held each May, this event invites local leaders and community members to read poems and short stories written by students—amplifying young voices and showing them their creativity matters. As a school rooted in the International Baccalaureate philosophy, Roxboro champions diversity, identity, and expression. It was an honor for our founder, Richard Brown, to read two poems by Cartier, a student writer at Roxboro Elementary, and share in a moment that reflected the brilliance and potential of Cleveland’s youth.

We show up for our community because they show up for us. Programs like Children’s Ink remind us that storytelling, culture, and connection start young—and they’re worth celebrating.

PROMISE HILL PROJECT

We're honored to collaborate with Promise Hill Project, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting communities in need. Through this partnership, we donate shoelaces, making a meaningful impact on the lives of others while also prioritizing waste reduction to minimize our environmental footprint.

CHILDREN'S WISH | King Jay 👑👟🔥

We're proud to have partnered with the Children's Wish Foundation to fulfill the dream of a remarkable young man named Jayden. As a former athlete, Jayden's wish was to have a unique pair of sneakers designed just for him. Through our collaboration, we brought Jayden's vision to life, creating a special brand called King Jay, with the custom sneakers we crafted serving as its centerpiece.
